Our CKM Japanese Samurai Kabuto (helmets) and menpo (face mask) are superbly constructed, beautifully detailed and hand made by the highly skilled craftsmen of Fenling Armoury. Our CKM models are traditionally made the same way they where 500 years ago. These are "battle ready" kabuto. The iron is hand forged into 18 gauge plates, cut / shaped to size, riveted together, hand painted and a breathable cotton lining is added; making it a very comfortable fit. We can also customize the CKM models in size, paint & lace color and we can swap the crest from any of our samurai armor models. Please call or email us for customization options and prices.
The AH models are machine made by the Hanwei Armoury from 22 gauge steel with museum quality detail. The Samurai Helmets, models AH2082, AH20083, AH2088 replicate the helms of the great Daimyo Takeda Shingen, Oda Nobunaga and Date Masamune respectively.
